He went above and beyond again in a fiercely competitive market to secure us the home. After we bought the house, Dave even helped us settle in. We had a newborn and getting out to see the property was difficult, so he went on his own with some contractors to get us quotes for cosmetic work (painting and flooring) that we wanted to have done before moving. He and his assistant Takara provided resources so we knew how to arrange utilities, arranged for the place to be cleaned, and dropped off a box of small tools and things we needed to get started, like extra garbage tags and the recycling schedule. This is just one of many small personal touches (others include arranging a meal for us in the new home and sending a gift for our newborn) that make Dave one of a kind. All in all, we are so happy to have met Dave. We will be strongly recommending him to all our close friends.”
