Services for buyers

We don't want to waste your time bringing you through space after space that doesn't match your checklist. Therefore, we do a lot of the legwork for you. How, you ask?

1) We listen to you - We take the time to understand your needs vs. wants, and what your short-term and long-term real estate goals are. We truly want to make sure you are happy in the end.

2) We watch you (but not in a creepy way) - In order to help you effectively and efficiently, we need to initially see you in a variety of spaces to get to know your style and any nuances that emerge (especially the ones you didn't even know you had).

3) We work for you - Seeing you in spaces gives us the ability to shortlist homes for you. This means, we do the bulk of the recon and only try to recommend you see those places that are going to be true contenders.

4) 'Buyer's Guide' emails - Throughout the process, you will receive our weekly 'Buyer's Guide' emails to keep you informed about what's to come and ensure you have everything you need, every step of the way. #Systems

5) 'What We Saw' report - We keep a log of every house you see, and prepare a weekly 'What We Saw' report that tracks sold prices and other statistics, so that, together, we can watch neighbourhood trends and patterns. It's all about empowerment!

6) Personal Moving Assistant - We know moving is one of the most stressful things you can do, but rest assured, we're not going anywhere. We continue to provide you with the information, services and support you need, to ensure your move is as seamless as possible. It's like we become your personal moving assistant. Everything from cleaning services to moving packages, recommending movers and offering to be on-site at your new home for cable/internet hook-up appointments post-move (if you have to be at work, we’re here to help where we can).

 

Services for Sellers

1) 'Seller's Guide' emails - Throughout the process, you will receive our weekly 'Seller's Guide' emails to keep you informed about what's to come and ensure you have everything you need, every step of the way.

2) Pre-listing House Prep General Contractor - Sometimes a home requires some extra house prep prior to listing. This could involve various tradespeople (painters, flooring people, etc...). This is an added step, to get you top dollar in the end, but you shouldn't have to be inconvenienced in the meantime. Therefore, we become your General Contractor, dealing with all the trades on your behalf.

3) Complimentary Declutter Consultation - This is courtesy of our stager, and completely complimentary. It is also a critical step in the staging process so that we can present your home in its best light possible.

4) Complimentary Staging - Staging with purpose, sells homes. Therefore, we have curated, and invested in, a collection of transitional staging supplies that will transform your space to best appeal to your targeted buyer demographic

In fact, we feel staging is so important, we have partnered with a professional (and it’s all complimentary). Renee Elliott of Re: Creative (www.recreativeworks.com), meticulously ensures all of our listings shine.

5) Status Reports + Analytics - We provide you with regular reports to let you know how many people have viewed your home and how they heard about it. Social media and website analytics let us know the demographic of person looking at our online advertising, which helps us ensure we continue to market to the right potential buyers.
